Investment into Future Asphalters

The number one reason that minorities leave the asphalt industry is because of the lack of genuine effort from businesses to push progression, develop opportunities and create safe spaces for people to thrive.

Along with the Victorian Social Procurement Framework, the Victorian Building Equality Policy requires companies engaged in major infrastructure projects to meet new targets for female participation on site.

Aramoana was created to help our industry meet these targets and develop genuine career pathway progression for new people entering the trade. We are dedicated to supporting and developing our people so they excel in the trade.
